[horde] Connecction to Imap fails when i try to create users!

Hi, i ´m having problems when i try to add new users
from the administration menu on horde (V3.1.1) im
using IMP (V4.1.1) and i´ve got a Cyrus Imap server
runing on 192.168.1.3, i users can read and send mails
fine, so that is an indicator that imap server is
running as expected, but when i try to create new
users, the it fails.

What im doing wrong?
