[horde] Bug In Turba

Hello,

I configure kronolity e turba with same configuration, using sql / 
horde_default.

# versions are used
Horde: 3.1.1
Imp: H3 (4.1.2)
Kronolith: H3 (2.1.2)
Turba: H3 (2.1.1)

In kronololity I get to create and remove others calenders.
In turba the another adress books is created, but in exclude menu them not 
happen.
And export menu, them happen, but not visible. It´s very strange.

Can to be a bug ?
Or error configuration ?
