[horde] Can't get Horde to Work At All

Must be an older version of Horde?  I thought they had gotten rid of
conf.php.dist in favor of conf.xml already?

If you have a command line php, try running

php -l conf.php

to see if it parses correctly.  A typo will kill everything.
