[horde] Importing Horde Data between servers

I looked through the archives, and did not see what I was looking for,  
so I will apologize now if I missed it.

I am moving servers, from one that used horde, to another that already  
has horde installed.  One of the e-mail accounts on there has a LOT of  
e-mails that I really don't want to lose.  I was wondering if there  
was a way to import the email data from one server to another.

I already tried something as simple as a file transfer.  I got the  
files inbox, Trash, Drafts and Sent.  However the new server looks  
like it is using folders rather than files.  I am assuming these may  
be different versions of Horde, but I don't know where to find version  
numbers.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can help me with.  This is  
the first time I've ever tried anything like this, and it seems like  
it should be fairly simple, but something tells me it isn't going to  
be.  :-)
