[horde] IE Downlaod Attachment issue

We grabbed the configuration from the test SSL Appliance and everything
is back up and running correctly.
Still not sure which parameter caused this issue but it's working for
now.

Your web server's SSL configuration is not correctly working around  
the buggy IE behaviour. This is documented in thousands of places.
