[horde] Newbie doing initial horde installation

I would definitely use a different mysql user and password than the  
root account.
There really is not that much that has to be configured.  Under  
Horde->Database you need to configure that with your mysql  
information.  Horde->Authentication needs to be done you probably want  
sql with Horde defaults there (horde defaults are what you just  
entered in Horde->Database).  Horde -> Preference system sql with  
horde defaults, see a pattern yet? Horde-> Datatree sql with horde  
defaults. Horde -> Groups set to Datatree. Custom session handler you  
can set this to mysql and reenter your connection information, then  
make sure use row level locking is not checked or you can set this to  
PHP file based sessions. Everything else under horde should be ok for  
now with defaults.

Turba, I think that the defaults should all work here, but you may  
need to set the Virtual File Storage, I think in  your case Files on  
the local system, and you can set the second setting to wherever your  
tmp directory is or a directory with 777 permissions.

That should cover everything.
