[horde] a tool to migrate your contacts from horde 2.2.7 to 3.1

Hello everybody.

I have written a tool to migrate horde/turba contacts from version 2.2.7 to
3.1

I guess it would be usefull to you. And, why not, it should be boundled
within newer versions of horde.
