[horde] Public cal. task colors

We have users that use public the record their schedules on public  
calendars (quite a few actually).   Our older version of horde (2.x  
and kronolith 1.x), public calendar events had color, on the latest  
stable version all events are white, even if users give the events a  
color before they create them.  Logged in, colors show, public no  
colors.  Also, on our old webmail a users public calendar actually  
showed only their events, not all public cal. events.  My question is  
2 fold.  Can I get public cal. events to have color, and can users  
public cal. have seperate URL's?  Im using Horde 3.1.1, Imp H3 4.1.3,  
mnemo H3 2.1,Tasks H3 2.1, Kronolith H3 (2.1.2).
