[horde] What about "About"?

Hello,

still testing Horde 3.1.2 and Imp H3 4.1.2.

In the Horde "Menu Settings", I have activated the
"Should we display the about link in the help menu?"
option; hence, I've got
> $conf['menu']['links']['help_about'] = true;
in my horde/config/conf.php, and accordingly, there
is an "About..." link, in every help window, refering to
<https://webmailtest.rz.uni-konstanz.de/horde/services/help/?module=&show=about>.

However, whenever I klick on that link, I get
an empty window, the HTML source reading

What is that "About..." link supposed to refer to?
What am I doing wrong?
