[horde] Can't find a left menu option

[Bill Graham]

The left menu attributes ( shrunk  size and expanded/collapsed  
elements and the like ) live between logons and browser restarts. I  
believe they are stored in the cookie.
I don't believe there is a way  to control that at present.
