[horde] failed login

Hi All

 

I have Horde, Imp etc installed form the CVS 

 

Configuration and test screens work ok

 

*	Login to either pop3 or imap servers fails with  ERROR - The server
returned the following error message: 

Can't connect to mail.datagateinc.net,110: Permission denied

 

Both imap and pop3 have been tested OK from Outlook outside of the local
network.

 

I have a test system (laptop) that functions normally.  I have compared the
conf.php and servers.php file with no luck

 

The obvious answer is I've messed something up.  

 

Any ideas up to and including a complete reload of the horde package
