[horde] horde problem

Hello everybody.
I am using postfix and IMP. And I am having two problems:
1: If i send a mail, the application(I suppose horde) is hunging.
2. If add user et try to send mail in command line, I failed. This message 
below, I got:
postfix/postdrop[2738]: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file 
maildrop/619824.2738: Permission denied
postfix/postdrop[2739]: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file 
maildrop/646970.2739: Permission denied
I need your help
