[horde] groups

hello,
i just installed horde3 with imp+courierimap+ldap and aditional turba and
kronolith. when i'm logged as admin i can see the groups and users from the
ldap database. but when i'm logged as an usuall user, the option to see the
group is not available. how can i see an user group when i'm not an admin?

sorry for my english and thanks in advance!!!

ps: in the shared directory i can add users with no problem at all, but i
can import the users from ldap (but i see them in groups as admin)
