[horde] notification error

All,

Just updated my HEAD version of Horde and I'm receiving the following on 
every page:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/usr/share/pear/Horde/Notification.php on line 208

Sadly, I'm still using PHP 4.3.8...could this be an issue at this point?
