[horde] Trying To Recover After CVS Update

Hello All;

I've been quite happy with horde and couldn't leave well enough alone so 
I've decided to perform a cvs update.  Now my login screen shows:

Any help greatly appreciated.

By the way, recently I had alot of problems which led me to 
uninstall/reinstall PHP and many of its related pear, pecl and php add-ons.
