[horde] Horde - Inline Text and Characters

Hi friends,
 
I have a question about Horde. 
 
I click the subject or sender to open a message. After the opening of a message, I can not see the body text (inline text). I see only some zip links for saving or opening the message text. Please help me to solve this problem.

Second Question is I can not see letters ü,ş,i,ğ,ö,ç in the text. The letters are replacing with other characters.
