Sorry,
I didnt explain my problem very well.  I dont want to make it  
inactive.  I want to remove the filters link under options on the  
sidebar.  When users click on options under sidebar and filters all  
they get is a blank page.  Perhaps I should ask what options they  
should have under filters?  And it maybe that since I dont have a  
backend configured, there are no options for filters.  So, I dont want  
users to see filters under the options menu.  And since I have users  
who like to 'play' with everything until things are very messed up, I  
need to remove this so I dont keep getting emails about it.
