[horde] Name x IP Address

Hello,

Is this my first post on the list.
I have installed the horde groupware webmail (and this work perfectly).
I create an virtualhost on apache, but when i try access horde with name 
of virtualhost the login not occurs.
See, with ip address (192.168.1.100/horde-webmail) works fine, but with 
hostname (groupware.xyz.com.br) only login screen work.
