[horde] Sessions timeout after inactivity?

This is probably a really daft question, but I can't find
documentation on it anywhere.

How do I make sessions timeout after N seconds of inactivity?  As I
understand it, $conf['session']['timeout'] sets timeout from the start
of the session -- or am I mistaken?
