[horde] Automated Easy Install

I've just found a discussion about this script on the devel list from 
two years ago. Should this be moved there?

I've gone over the posts there and the code already written and it has 
given me some ideas. I hope I'm not stepping on anyones toes here since 
I would really like to write this.

Also, given the existing code and the fact that PHP can use a curses 
interface should this be written in PHP instead of a shell script?
