To the first question, yes - one of the ones I linked to. To the  
second question, no. But number of concurrent users is a much more  
important stat than total number of users.

So are you thinking this may be a php configuration issue rather than  
a configuration that needs to be adjusted in horde?

Also, is there a rule of thumb on the number of users and load  
balancing? We have about 2200 users and our systems administrator has  
2 servers running horde to balance the load. Any suggestions?
