[horde] Can't log in to Horde. Still. But in a different way.

  FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE-p4 Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) PHP/5.2.2, no suhosin 
patch  this time.

Still trying to get horde working.  Now when I try to log in, it fails,
with either a "Page cannot be displayed" error (from IE), a hang in
Netscape, and a blank page in Firefox.

In http-error.log I see:
