[horde] Wicked Attachments Extremely Slow

Good Morning List,

I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing these issues, but  
downloading attachments from wicked is *extremely* slow.  Our Horde  
version is 3.1.1, and our wicked version is the most recent CVS.   
Attachments like a small image take several minutes to download.  In  
firefox, the download window just says "Starting..." for a long, long  
time before the download takes place.  When you attach several  
pictures and use them in the body of the wiki page, the page takes at  
least 5 minutes to completely load.  Any thoughts are welcome!
