[horde] Response from support person

I think that someone should demonstrate the ability to deliver a working
service and understanding of client requests/problems before offering to
take on personal consulting.  At least that was how I operated and taught
consultants for 20+ years.  The software product should also be fully
functional with a complete manual of instructions.

Just my opinion.
