You didn't update kronolith/config/prefs.php from the new prefs.php.dist file.
Also, please note that the recommended configuration for
$conf['debug_level'] is now E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE, to avoid showing
notices like this.
(Unless of course you're a developer. Then you should see everything. :)
