[horde] whups? Or not?

Hi there,
I started looking at whups but can find no mailing list for it at 
http://www.horde.org/mail/

Googling finds some mailing lists but they are not very active at all. 
Most of the activity seems to have been 2000-2002 or so.

A mysql database script is conspicuously absent; there is an mssql and 
an sql script.

I am wondering what the actual status of this project is? It looks kind 
of useful...
