[horde] Error in Administration -> Setup -> Horde

Using latest CVS as of a few minutes ago.

When I go to administration, setup, horde, I am seeing this in the 
webserver error log;

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function hasChildNodes() on a non 
object in /usr/share/pear/Horde/DOM.php on line 357, referer: 
http://xxxx.xxx.com/mail/admin/setup/

the screen is blank at this point. Setup for all the other installed 
apps works ok.
