[horde] Alarms

Hello!

Is there a way to debug email notifications from Horde/Kronolith? I
never get email feedback from Horde/Kronolith, although I've set the
option to notify me if some events ar changed, or on alarms. I do not
get any error messages in the log, and I don't get any error after
creating an event. I really need help here.
