[horde] Configuring a virtualhost for horde-webmail

Hi there, i would like to configure a virtual host for horde-webmail  
like this:

http://webmail.mydomain.com/

i set the DocumentRoot /var/www/webmail

but when i call the URL in my browser it says that there are some  
problems with redirections, and its because the cookies are disables.

How can i fix that?
