For some IMAP servers that reveal quota info:
   Cf. the pertinet comments in file horde/imp/config/servers.php.dist,
   in your Imp distribution.

For other IMAP servers:
   cf. <http://wiki.horde.org/QuotaHack> (no guarantee, as I have never
   tried these recipes).
