[horde] other server

Hi again. I have these settings in the servers.php:
$servers['imap'] = array(
    'name' => 'IMAP Server',
    'server' => '192.168.0.83',
    'hordeauth' => false,
    'protocol' => 'imap/notls',
    'port' => 143,
    );

 but i can't login. Do you have any sugestions?
