[horde] Create usergroups for imp and gollem

Hello,
i need some hints, how i can reach the following goal:

I have a horde installation with imp and gollem.
Usernames beginning with ma (e.g. ma0001) should be authenticated against the imap-Server and gollem should not be available to them(only imp, turba,...)

Usernames beginning with ws or ft (e.g. ws0001 or ft0001) should be authenticated against an ftp-server. Only gollem should be available to them (with auto login).

Alternativly i can authenticate against an SQL-Database, but the 3 types of users are in three different tables. I think i can solve the authentication-issue, but how can i disable/enable the different modules?
