[horde] Potentially malicious request error still occurring

FWIW, I've seen this maybe 3 or 4 times...each time it was in IMP and  
I was simply navigating through my messages in the virtual INBOX.  At  
least once, it was when hitting 'DELETE' on the last message and being  
redirected back to the V INBOX when it happened. Another time it was  
during an automatic browser refresh...again, in the V INBOX
