[horde] Newest framework+ Error

   After the latest framework grab and update from cvs the following error is not occurring when trying to view a signed message: 

WARNING:  MIME_Structure::require_once(Mail/mimeDecode.php) [href="mime-structure.require-once">mime-structure.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /USR/LOCAL/SHARE/PEAR/HORDE/MIME/STRUCTURE.PHP on line 310

 FATAL ERROR:  MIME_Structure::require_once() [href="function.require">function.require]: Failed opening required 'Mail/mimeDecode.php' (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/share/pear:.') in /USR/LOCAL/SHARE/PEAR/HORDE/MIME/STRUCTURE.PHP on line 310 

I have looked and verified that mimeDecode.php _does_ indeed exist in /usr/local/lib/php/Mail/ Please advise.
