[horde] Issue in Options

All,

An interesting development...after I updated to the HEAD yesterday...directly after installing the framework, dumping the browser cache and restarting the server...I noticed that under the options of each active tool...the header appeared below all of the tools options...is there anyone else out there experiencing this?  Is Horde experimenting with a different layout?
