[horde] Question about DIMP

Hi Everyone,
We are trying to update our web mail to use DIMP instead of IMP. We 
everything works like charm except  that when viewing a users email one 
has to click twice to see the message's body, which automatically also 
opens up a second window with the message content's. I have tried this 
in various linux, windows, firefox, IE versions and combinations, it 
seems  to be DIMP related problem.
Where should I look to fix this ??
