[horde] Sequenses Missing in SQL share driver

Hi,

first of all thank you for the greate work done so far.
In the proces migration from  Horde-3.1.4, Imp-H3-4.1.4, Ingo-H3-1.1.3,
Kronolith-H3-2.1.5, Mimp-H3-1.0.1, Mnemo-H3-2.1.1, Nag-H3-2.1.3
and Turba-H3-2.1.4 to Horde-3.2 we had some problmes with the new
share driver.

The database sequences where not created on demand as stated
on the bugtracker.

We use

postgresql-8.1.11-0.2
MDB2                       2.4.1    stable
MDB2_Driver_pgsql          1.4.1    stable
MDB2_Driver_querysim       0.6.0    beta
MDB2_Schema                0.8.2    beta
DB                         1.7.13   stable

Creating the sequences with  
framework/admintools/horde-create-sequence.php worked, so i don't  
think its a problem with permissions or wrong pear package.

Do I have to create the sequences or how can i debug the problem further?
Which sequences do i have to create?
Should a hint be added to docs/INSTALL docs/UPGRADING
