[horde] Where has <http://wiki.horde.org/AdminPerms> gone?

Please chill out a bit. No one deleted your page - if it had been  
deleted there would be a message to cvs at lists.horde.org.

The wicked_pages table needed to be reindexed. It's fixed now.
