Yes, I know, I probably should have posted these one at a time, but I
guess I'm just lazy tonight. First of all, as always, thanks to the
horde team for continuing to deliver great products.
I am currently having three issues that I need help on. I am running
all of the updated stable rpms under SME Server 7.3 which runs on top
of CentOS 4.x, so see this as a CentOS 4.6 install.
1). I can no longer get the kronolith reminders to work. I know the
script changed from horde/kronolith/scripts/reminders.php to
horde/scripts/alarms.php. I have tried to use both and it now seems
that alarms.php really may now require the cli version of php. I do
have a user configured under conf['auth']['admins'] = array in horde's
conf.php
CentOS ships with the CGI version, and I am able to get the reminders
to work just fine with Horde 3.1.8 and Kronolith 2.1.8 using a
cronjob. Here is the output of php -v and what is currently in my
crontab.
PHP 4.3.9 (cgi) (built: Sep 20 2007 19:31:11)
Copyright (c) 1997-2004 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v1.3.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2004 Zend Technologies
with eAccelerator v0.9.5.2, Copyright (c) 2004-2006 eAccelerator,
by eAccelerator
*/5 * * * * root /usr/bin/php -q
/home/httpd/html/horde/kronolith/scripts/reminders.php
Am I just now out totally of luck until I can upgrade to CentOS 5
which does ship with the CLI version of PHP?
2). The turba 2.1_to_2.2_sql_schema.php seems to only support the cli
version as well. Same question as one? There is a workaround for
that and that is I can manually edit my contacts and move things to
the correct fields. A pain if I have a lot of contacts, but doable
none-the-less.
3). Trean no longer works under horde 3.2. I downloaded the lastest
CVS version to test with. Is there a possibility that trean may work
soon under horde 3.2? If it should work now, what information can I
provide to you to assist me?
Thanks as always,
John Bennett
