[horde] Import message Horde

Hello, this is my first visit and I om a problem. I need help.

Exported messages in folders for file INBOX.mbox and a zipped version of
INBOX.zip name. The content is the same in the two folders.

I created  the domain and the boxes of mail but can not import the horde.

It takes more or less half hours and seems to matter but when finished,
gives a refresh the page automatically but when I look in the folders I do
not see anything matter.

Do you know me as import these folders?
