[horde] Use Whups for guests without authentication

I have installed Horde Groupware and Whups. All works fine with the IMP
authentication.
The querstion is the following:
Could a guest (so without any authentication process) access to whups
application from the web without logging on any mail server ? How can I
configure it ?
