[horde] [Urgent] Login Failed! Howto get rid of it.

Maybe 50% of the time when I login as user I get "Login Failed" but I am able to get to my Inbox anyway by clicking on Mail in the LH menu.  It's annoying but at least I can eventually get where I want.   That's probably not relevant to your situation but I just wanted to vent a little.  :)
