[horde] Warning ldap_mod_add on appln pages

Hi all,

I have installed horde latest version and i am geting the following error on every applications index page like passwd, forward, vacation. 


Warning: ldap_mod_add() [function.ldap-mod-add]: Modify: Type or value exists in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/horde/lib/Horde/Prefs/ldap.php on line 495


This warning as far as i understand its trying to add objectclass or prefs , but if it exists yhen why it is giving this warning and is there any way to get rid off this warning message on the web page.
