[horde] Need help accessing email

I would appreciate any help you can provide me. I am trying to access my horde email account but receive the following message: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. 
When I clicked on Diagnose connection problems, I received this info from my computer:

I would be so grateful for any help.
