[horde] Any install instructions for OS X (10.3), or can the IMAP server be on a remote machine?

Hi,

i can't help with instructions for Mac OS X, but the IMAP-Server can  
be remote.
Set the entry for server to point to the IMAP server in imp/config/servers.php
