[horde] Any install instructions for OS X (10.3), or can the IMAP server be on a remote machine?

Do you have any specific problems? It's not terribly different from  
installing on any other *nix. Follow one of the many HOWTOs for  
getting PHP/Apache/MySQL (or Postgres, or whatever) working on OS X,  
and go from there with the Horde INSTALL docs.
