[horde] Upgrading Horde-3.2 to Horde-3.3

Hello all,
  I would like to upgrade my Horde-3.2 to Horde-3.3. However, the
docs/UPGRADING has only instruction to upgrade the database. Can I
directly copy the config/* files 3.2 folder to 3.3 folder.  ? or
should I repeat the whole configuration process?
