[horde] Upgrading Horde-3.2 to Horde-3.3

like with every update, you can copy the important config-files (not the
whole config/*) and then update the configuration over the administrator
webinterface. However actually you have to be a more selective:

I suggest you to extract the new version in a different directory and
then to diff the config directory, like this you can see what is diffed
in the files.

For example conf.xml is file where you should choose the newer version
and merge your changes into it (if you have any at all). The same with
more or less the rest of the files. What for sure should be copied as
the old one is the config.php and you should pay attention to diffs for
the hooks and prefs files.
