[horde] More login.php redirect loop problems

Hi Michael - thanks for the quick response, but it's not an IMP  
problem ... I don't have IMP installed yet, only Horde 3.2.1. I'm  
getting this behaviour from the default Horde framework page  
(/horde/login.php), without changing any of the configuration  
parameters.
