[horde] Imp cannot find Utf7imap.php

Chuck,

I hear you loud and clear.

First, thanks for pointing me to the appropriate section of the web
page.  I am always happy to RTFM if I can find it!

Second, given the proposed release schedule, it sounds as though we
can look forward to new releases of horde apps in the relatively near
future, so there is  no reason not  to wait.

Third, I'll refrain from dabbling in HEAD in future until and unless
my PHP skills are up to par.  After all, I do not want to detract from
what you guys do best -- writing great software!
